Hua Hin day trips

Hua Hin day trips are known for Sam Roi Yot cliffs and Phraya Nakhon Cave, and they fit a spare weekday if you stay in town. Pattaya is a different gulf and a different van.

From Hua Hin, the spare day that earns the van is Khao Sam Roi Yot and Phraya Nakhon Cave. Go early, and the pavilion sits in a cave after stairs and heat. This is not a Pattaya island hop and not a Kanchanaburi waterfall day.

The southern train from Bangkok takes about four hours, so do not invent a same-day cave from the capital. Sleep in Hua Hin. A 2026 licensed park van often quotes in the low thousands of THB with a driver. See top attractions for the in-town list.

Common questions

Can you do Phraya Nakhon from Bangkok in one day?
You can sit in a van. You will short-change the stairs. Sleep in Hua Hin first.
Add Erawan the same day?
No. Erawan is a Kanchanaburi day, a different road.
