5 days in Bangkok: couples river and roof itinerary
Sleep river or Thong Lo, ticket Rattanakosin at 08:30, and keep the nights to two rooftops. The nightlife-districts page is a different trip.
Couples who want river light and two dress-code roofs should sleep on riverside Charoenkrung or near BTS Thong Lo, not on a bar-street list. Ticket the Grand Palace at 08:30 (500 THB), walk Wat Pho, and take the 5 THB ferry to Wat Arun. Eat at a river table after. A 2026 BTS tap is 17 to 62 THB.
Day 2 is Talat Noi and a spa hour. Day 3 is Yaowarat or Banthat Thong. Days 4 and 5 close with one roof each: Octave at Soi 57 or a river rooftop. Dress notes sit on rooftop bars. Stay picks live on where to stay. Honeymoon context sits on couples.
