Old Town and Big Buddha are the inland spare day, and sleep stays on the west coast. A 2026 licensed boat often quotes 1,500 to 2,500 THB plus park fees, and see Phuket to Krabi and Phi Phi if you want to stay on Don instead of day-tripping.
