This is the Andaman hop: a van between Phuket and Krabi in any month, and a morning boat to Phi Phi from November to April. Treat boat days as optional in the southwest monsoon.

This is the Andaman triangle: Phuket, Krabi cliffs, and Phi Phi in the middle. Krabi airport (KBV) is the other door. Flying BKK-KBV then boating to Phi Phi is cleaner than landing HKT at 16:00 and hoping.

- Yes from Phuket or Ao Nang. Stay the night if you want the village after the last tour boat.
