8 days in Railay and Phi Phi: couples itinerary
Sleep Railay, then take a dawn longtail from Phi Phi Don to Maya Bay on Phi Phi Leh. Fly KBV. November to April is the dry window; May swell cancels first.
Railay cliffs and a dawn Maya Bay longtail make the Andaman couples week that skips Patong. Fly Bangkok to Krabi in about 75 minutes, take the Ao Nang longtail to Railay in about 15 minutes for 100 THB in daylight, and sleep four nights. Walk Phra Nang Cave. See the Railay attraction page. Boat to Phi Phi. Sleep three nights on Long Beach, not a loud Tonsai default. Take a dawn longtail from Phi Phi Don to Maya Bay on Phi Phi Leh: 400 THB, no swim. Finish back through Ao Nang if Krabi Airport is the exit. Couples notes sit on honeymoon.

1 Land KBV, boat to Railay
No climb on landing day. Longtail about 15 minutes, 100 THB daytime.
2 Phra Nang and East Railay
West sand in the morning. East Railay if you want a quieter swim.
3 Hong Islands or rest
Longtail day if the sea is flat. Cancel first when swell rises.
4 Railay buffer
Climb hour or a spa. Pack for a morning Phi Phi boat.
5 Boat to Phi Phi Don
Sleep Long Beach or Laem Tong. No Maya Bay on arrival afternoon.
6 Dawn Maya Bay on Phi Phi Leh
Longtail from Phi Phi Don. Park fee 400 THB. Swim at Pileh.
7 Phi Phi snorkel or viewpoint
Second water hour. Avoid stacking two dawn boats.
8 Boat to KBV
Ao Nang or Krabi Town hop. Fly KBV. Same-day long-haul is a gamble.

- No. The conservation rule still bans swimming. Use Pileh Lagoon. The 400 THB fee still applies.
- Land HKT or KBV?
- KBV is the short Railay path. HKT adds a Rassada or Krabi transfer you do not need on eight days.
- Why November to April?
- That is the Andaman dry window. May to October swell cancels Hong Islands and Phi Phi first.
