Muay Thai training, fight nights, and fitness camps
Muay Thai in Thailand is known for Rajadamnern and ONE Lumpinee cards, plus Phuket Soi Ta-iad training camps. Use it for one stadium night or a week of 400 to 600 THB drop-in classes.
Watching a card and training a week are different trips. Rajadamnern near Khao San runs Petchyindee Thursdays and RWS Saturdays at 1,500 to 3,500 THB for useful seats. ONE Lumpinee Fridays sit at the new Ram Inthra hall, a walk from MRT Pink Line Ram Inthra 3 (PK17). Ticket detail lives on [Rajadamnern and Lumpinee](/attractions/muay-thai-stadiums-rajadamnern-and-lumpinee).
Phuket's Soi Ta-iad in Chalong is known as Fitness Street: drop-in classes 400 to 600 THB, monthly camp packages 12,000 to 18,000 THB. Chiang Mai gyms suit a cooler city week. Koh Phangan beach gyms sit near the west and south coves, not on the Full Moon sand. Book one format. A Thursday card plus a 6 a.m. Phuket class the next day is a bad transfer.
Stadium night versus a camp week
Stay Old City if Rajadamnern is the night. Stay Chalong or Rawai if Soi Ta-iad is the week. Chiang Mai if you want gyms without a beach. Phangan if the beach bag work is the point.
